Clear career stages provide orientation and predictability at Findea. From entry level to further development to expert or management roles, each step is transparently defined. Performance is visibly recognized and individual development is specifically promoted.

A key element of Findea's career model is its clearly defined career stages. These provide guidance, transparency, and genuine predictability—regardless of whether you are at the beginning of your professional career or already have experience.

Entry level: Building foundations and learning

The entry phase is about settling in, taking on responsibility, and growing both professionally and personally. New employees are closely supported, are given clear areas of responsibility, and learn about Findea's working methods and corporate culture. The aim of this level is to gain confidence in everyday work and build a solid professional foundation.

Development stage: Taking on responsibility

As experience grows, so does responsibility. In the middle stages of their careers, employees take on mandates independently, look after customers, and actively participate in processes and projects. This is where it becomes particularly clear how performance is recognized: those who show initiative, deliver quality, and develop themselves make the next career step visible and comprehensible.
