How can customer projects be organised efficiently without being on site all the time? We have developed a hybrid model that works well today and will work even better tomorrow. Our approach is based on openness, a willingness to experiment and a constant questioning of the status quo. One thing is clear to us: requirements change, and so do our solutions.

- Proximity through clarity: Even if not every meeting takes place physically, we attach great importance to personal relationships. We invest in hybrid workshop formats and maintain direct contact – both digitally and on site.
