Remote working is no longer just a short-term trend; it is an integral part of the modern working world. At Nexus Group, we recognise the value of remote working as both a pragmatic solution and a real opportunity to rethink how we collaborate, both internally and externally. However, one thing is particularly important to us: we view hybrid working as an ongoing process rather than a finished system.
Home office as a starting point – not an end point
Since the increased shift towards working from home, we have gained a lot of experience – and asked just as many questions. For example, how can a team stay connected when working remotely? How can customer projects be organised efficiently without being on site all the time? We have developed a hybrid model that works well today and will work even better tomorrow. Our approach is based on openness, a willingness to experiment and a constant questioning of the status quo. One thing is clear to us: requirements change, and so do our solutions.
Hybrid collaboration – a system in motion
Our setup is based on proven principles that we are constantly developing:
- Focus on communication: We use tools such as Microsoft Teams – but the tool is never an end in itself. We consciously ensure clear communication rules and regular check-ins to create genuine connections.
- Flexibility with structure: Our processes provide guidance without being rigid. We test new methods, adapt processes, and regularly seek feedback – both from our team and from our customers.
- Proximity through clarity: Even if not every meeting takes place physically, we attach great importance to personal relationships. We invest in hybrid workshop formats and maintain direct contact – both digitally and on site.
Learning from practice
Every project, team meeting and piece of customer feedback provides us with valuable insights. Some things work right away; others are adjusted along the way. It is precisely this dynamic and sustainable approach that sets us apart. We learn, adapt and continue to develop together with our team and customers.
Our approach: open, dynamic, customer-focused
We don't believe in a 'one-size-fits-all' approach to remote working. We believe in learning processes, adaptability and trust. That's why we design our hybrid collaboration processes to evolve alongside us and keep pace with our customers' needs.
Our approach to working from home is not static. It is constantly evolving – and improving every day.
