Think AI, act human: What our 2026 motto means in everyday work

How Nexus Group uses AI to relieve employees of routine work, and why humanity, personal advice and creativity remain at the heart of what we do.

Summary:

Nexus Group introduced the motto «Think AI, act human» at its Yearly Summit on 16 January 2026. We use artificial intelligence to relieve employees of repetitive tasks, for example in customer service, marketing and back office, not to replace them. People, their values and their creativity remain at the centre, especially in the personal advice we give our clients in fiduciary and legal matters.

A motto with a clear stance

On 16 January 2026, employees from all over Switzerland came together for the Nexus Group Yearly Summit. Alongside a look back at a year of growth and collaboration, one sentence took centre stage and will guide us throughout the year: «Think AI, act human».

The short version: technology as an amplifier, humanity as a compass. We use the opportunities of AI consciously and responsibly. At the same time, we put people, their values and their creativity at the centre of everything we do.

This stance is not new to us. For years, we have been digitalising processes in fiduciary and legal services, with our own software developed by Websoft AG and platforms such as Startups.ch, Findea Online and taxea. The motto sums up how we will continue on this path.

Think AI: Where AI already makes our work easier

At Nexus Group, AI agents act as digital assistants. They take over recurring tasks and provide information so that employees can focus on what really matters:

  • Customer service: AI agents answer standard requests, categorise enquiries automatically and give employees real-time information.
  • Marketing: AI-powered tools suggest texts, analyse target group behaviour and help optimise campaigns.
  • Back office: Scheduling, meeting minutes and document classification are partly or fully automated.

To implement these workflows, we connect language models with existing automation tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). With NEX-AI, the group also offers its own solution that automates customer contact for SMEs.

Act human: Why people remain at the centre

For us, AI is meant to free up time, not to replace people. The time gained goes into what technology cannot do: creativity, strategy and genuine closeness to our clients.

This is especially important in fiduciary and legal services. Digital tools make accounting, payroll and taxes faster, but they do not replace personal contact. Anyone founding a company or dealing with a tax question needs a contact person who listens, puts things into context and takes responsibility. This is exactly what one of our core values describes: «We take on responsibility».

What the motto means for our employees

Less routine, more room to shape

Repetitive tasks are gradually being automated. This leaves more room for complex cases, advice and new ideas.

Learning is part of it

Our value «We learn constantly» also applies to AI. Teams are deliberately building AI skills, in marketing for example through dedicated exchange formats.

Shaping, not just following

When we integrate AI into internal processes, we rely on clean data, clear goals and the active involvement of our employees. Those who work with the processes help decide how they change.

Conclusion

«Think AI, act human» describes how we want to work at Nexus Group: technologically up to date and human in every interaction. If you would like to work in an environment where AI supports you and your ideas count, take a look at our open positions.
